Winter Plant Medicine and Bird Wisdom

We're looking forward to welcoming back dear friend of the Somerset Dowsers, Dr. Karen Stead-Dexter, a renowned Teacher and Practitioner specialising in Animal and Nature Connection for Well-Being. 

In this workshop, we will journey into the wisdom of Winter through the plant spirit medicines of Mistletoe, Holly and Ivy - each offering guidance in protection, endurance, and renewal during the darker months.

We will also have the opportunity to meet Karen's two owls, who will introduce us to the bird medicine of Owl, guardian of the night and revealer of hidden truths, inviting us to trust our intuition and inner sight. Using the practice of dowsing as a tool for communication, participants will explore how to listen more deeply to these plant and bird allies, receiving personal guidance and insight to support resilience and renewal through the winter season.
